What are the gym's hours of operation?

Our gym is open 24/7, ensuring secure access through closely monitored scanning. All recovery services are offered 8-8, appointments are strongly encourage!

What types of equipment do you have?

We proudly feature top-quality equipment from brands such as Watson, Atlantis, Gymleco, Maxpump and Olympic Weightlifting equipment (kilo weights, benches and bumper plates). Additionally, we have cardio machines, weight machines, custom free weights, and functional training equipment.

Do you offer child care?

No, our facility does not offer childcare at this time.

Are gym bags allowed on the floor?

Yes, bags are allowed on the floor. We also offer lockers in both the male and female locker rooms. Additionally, cubbies are located between the women’s lock room and foyer.

May I film my workout and/or take pictures?

Yes, you are welcome to film, but please ensure that others around you are not included in your footage. Filming to mock or make fun of anyone is strictly prohibited, as we uphold a zero-tolerance policy for bullying. We welcome you to take pictures in our posing room and tag us! 

When will I be charged my annual maintenance fee?

You will automatically be charged on the first day of the New Year.
