Certified through NASM with a strong foundation in macronutrients, energy balance, and evidence-based nutrition, she has coached individuals—including active-duty service members—toward meeting performance and body composition goals. Backed by her military background and a degree in Business Administration, Tanya brings structure, discipline, and leadership to her role as founder of Iron Ignite Personal Training & Nutrition, where she promotes an education-driven approach to fitness, nutrition, and recovery focused on building strong, resilient bodies and a healthy relationship with food.

With a degree in Exercise & Sports Science and ISSA certification, along with specializations in Nutrition, Recovery, and FMS, he delivers science-backed, results-driven programs tailored to each individual—whether for fat loss, muscle building, or competition prep. As a national-level competitor, Salby brings precision, discipline, and real-world experience to help clients train with purpose and achieve lasting results—“Whatever It Takes.”

Salby Salang

Sport science professional, licensed athletic trainer, and performance coach with nearly a decade of experience in rehabilitation, strength and conditioning, and physique transformation. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sport Science and a Master’s in Athletic Training/Physiotherapy from Northern Michigan University, along with certifications including ATC, Strength & Conditioning Specialist, IASTM Therapy, Injury Prevention Specialist, and First Aid Responder. Esteban has worked in both clinical and performance settings, helping post-surgical and injured clients recover while coaching athletes in sports such as soccer, swimming, football, and strength training. His approach focuses on biomechanics, movement quality, progressive loading, and long-term injury prevention, and he also brings extensive experience in physique and nutrition coaching, working with IFBB professionals and competitive athletes through a highly individualized, data-driven method.

Esteban Gutierrez

Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science with a minor in Coaching and is an ACE-certified personal trainer who began his career in 2019 after playing collegiate football at Bridgewater College, bringing firsthand athletic experience into his work. He further developed his skills through an internship with NSCA strength coach Brandon Beach, gaining experience in high-level sports performance. As the owner of Fit By Ky Training & Fitness, he specializes in training athletes from youth to the professional level, focusing on speed, strength, and confidence, while also helping middle-aged former athletes burn fat, build muscle, and improve overall health. His approach combines performance training, nutrition, and accountability to create lasting, results-driven progress for every client.
